An exciting opportunity is now available for a HR and Recruitment Specialist to join our Business Support Team.  At Mining Plus we are a close-knit team of like-minded and passionate people. We are a people business and already have a cracking team of over 100 full time professionals however we need a people specialist to help us continue to improve.

ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years' experience as a HR generalist – ideally with experience in end-to-end recruitment, retention and general human relations.

  • Qualification in HR Management or similar.

  • Basic knowledge of current WHS legislation and regulations.

  • Strong organisational skills.

  • Engaging and adaptable written and verbal communication skills.

  • An eye for detail and creative problem-solving abilities.

  • Advanced skills in Excel (formulas) and the Microsoft suite.

  • Knowledge of Pronto, CTM, and INX advantageous.

JOB ROLE

You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, strengthening our corporate brand, providing support and coaching on employee relations matters, updating company policies, developing and administering retention programs, taking the lead on all WHS and well being matters, and maintaining accurate employee data and people metrics.

This role provides the opportunity for professional growth, the ability to be involved with interesting and diverse projects and engage with staff and leaders at all levels.
